Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of enrolment. From the moment your application is received, our team begins curating your mentor assignment, scheduling your cohort, and preparing personalised programme resources for your track. Once this preparatory work is underway, the associated effort and operational cost cannot be reclaimed. We appreciate your understanding that this window protects the time invested in setting up your internship experience.
Approved refunds are subject to a 15% deduction covering applicable taxes and non-refundable platform processing fees. The net amount is returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of refund approval.
The one-time platform fee paid at internship enrolment covers access to your assigned mentor, the structured weekly curriculum, and the issuance of your signed offer letter. This fee is non-refundable once your internship has commenced or any weekly deliverable has been submitted or reviewed.
Email us at noreply@apexdevs.io within the 48-hour window from your registered email address, including your internship enrolment reference ID and payment transaction ID. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: the 48-hour window from enrolment has elapsed; any weekly deliverable or report has been submitted or reviewed; the enrolment was made during a promotional discount of 50% or more; or the refund request does not include the required information listed above.
If you are unable to access the internship platform due to a technical fault on our side, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued regardless of access status.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
ApexDevs reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
